I bought a Inuke 1000DSP in April from Amazon to power my bass speakers It was a good upgrade as I could eaisly control xover and slope, this gave me even more bass texture and a lot more clout.
Unfortantly the amp has developed a fault and because I can only find proof of purchase and also bank this up with a bank statement but do not have the orginal invoice they will not issue me with a warrenty number to claim under warrenty
I have tried emailing them, they usually take a week to respond and phoned them twice
I am trying to sort out the invoice from Amazon but so far have not had any luck so just getting frustrated
I wonder what other actions I can take to sort this out
I am pretty sure the amp will need it board replaced which will take about 3 months to get the parts and cost about £140 to get repaired, so you can understand why I would like it to be sorted under warrenty
