System: Sony CDP 715E, Squeezebox Classic, Cyrus Straight Line & Dynaudio Audience 42.

After at least a decade of listening to music via an AV system, I dug out my old hi-fi a few months ago and gave it a listen. The difference was amazing but I why was I so surprised? I had simply forgotten how good music can sound. I recently added a Squeezebox and will upgrade the amplifier and add a DAC but I'm really enjoying the system at the moment.

In terms of music...
