Wanted: DAC - Optical in necessary (Lindy, CYP etc...)

I'm after a small optical in DAC (and RCA out) to trial against my current DAC to see what the differences in sound are (and then it'll be used with my macbook and office speakers). Any other small DAC considered also as long as it's within budget and has an optical in

Budget: up to £40 including postage ideally...

What have you got?

I want to try one of these:

Especially like this Amazon review:
Recently spent £600 on an Audiolab DAC for my hifi. I had probably had a few too many drinks beforehand, but it was worth it. Thought I'd buy this little Fiio DAC for my Blu-ray player. And guess what? The sound is as good as the DAC costing 20 times as much. OK, you don't get USB connections and all the bells and whistles, but if all you want is a basic connection, it's incredible value.

I would second Alex's suggestion of a Fiio D3. At £29 what have you got to lose?

I have one between my PC and Arcam A28 amp via Toslink and it's excellent. Pretty small too.

The only downside I've read about them is that some people have reported duds, but mine has worked flawlessly from the off.

Yeah seen these... There's a few others too (Lindy, Neet etc...). Just wanted to see if there's anything else out there of interest...!

I've just got a D3 as a stopgap, certainly in the Teac/Spitfire territory .

I've had the JK 32 on loan, now that opened my ears :)
