I have to say Nick it is the best sounding open reel machine I have ever had the privalege of owning.

It's setup is entirely controlled in software which makes things a lor easier when calibrating before recording.

Magnificent... I was tempted with an Otari the other week... 2" though but gawd I had to bite my ankle to bring me back down to earth... lol

I also own an Otari MTR 12 Joe that used to belong to The Eurythmics.....I can vouch wholeheatedly for how good they are.
