Hello
I already have a Cambridge Audio phono preamp, but it doesn't have a headphone output. Do you know if there is such a thing that can be placed between the turntable and the preamp, or after the preamp, that will give me a headphone output?

John,
If I understand your question correctly, you need a headphone amp. Something like the Creek OBH11 can sit either between source and preamp or after the preamp via tape out. About £80 second hand.

Alternatively, depending on the rest of your system & your preference of source, you might look at one of the dac's that have a built in headphone amp - if you only want to listen to CD or some other digital source via phones, buying one of these could possibly make your whole system sound a lot better for not much cash.
Just a thought...
