Budget valve integrated with phono stage

Does anyone know of a budget valve integrated that has a good phono stage?

A friend of mine is looking for one and has a second-hand budget of around £500. I've found some good amps, but none with the phono stage.

theres a cr developments el84 with phono stage fitted for sale at 2ndhandhifi ,over budget but worth looking at you never know Simon may do a deal.

Keep yer lamps peeled for a Prima Luna P2. mine has a phono stage though i don't use it. great amps though. Ooodles of power for such a device.
