Probably because the sub-forum is titled "General hi-fi discussion". I would likely have done the same to be honest.

And what ELSE does it say, Graham? Allow me to remind you:

Anything not covered specifically in the categories below goes HERE.

Oh, look... There's a specific category below, called Analogue Art, and what does it say should be discussed there:

Turntables and all analogue SOURCE equipment and ancillaries.

Remind me, what is this thread discussing (there's a clue in bold, above)? Honestly, I despair... Why bother creating specific areas for certain discussions, if folk can't be bothered to read where they should go?

Marco.

No - that was to accommodate the 24 pairs of speakers. My father was getting fed up with quite a few of them filling his garage.

29 is just plain greedy! I'm not in that class!

Ones I've sold:
P-112D
Dual 505
Technics belt drive, cant recall the name.
SL110
Logic Tempo
LP-12 (Full spec at the time)
Gyro SE, fully tricked out

The one I really regret selling is the Logic, still kills me I sold it for the LP-12...the power of marketing eh!?
