Does anyone have anything that plays HD DVDs? I have a sealed copy of Jimi Hendrix Live at Monterey, if it's of interest.

I have a BD/HDVD drive in my pc but I already have a copy , got it as a freebie , its as glitchy as hell though ? Not surprised HDDVD failed .

You can get the Microsoft Xbox HD-DVD drive for next to nothing online now and it will work on a PC. There is software out there that will rip the contents to MKV or something useful. I have a couple of real players in the loft for when my current one dies but I am also slowly ripping the contents "in case".

Looking on the web (wonderful thing.) I did learn, as Peter mentions, that an XBOX 360 does play HD discs with a couple of software downloads.
