Scott, you'll need to get your act together, mate. You simply can't keep people waiting like this for things they've bought.

I see that you were on line earlier today, so there's no excuse for you not to have have contacted Richard, and advised him of the situation on his Elgar.

Please contact Richard and report the outcome here, or to me via PM, by midnight tonight, or we may have to rescind your trade account. It's imperative, for the reputation of AoS, that our trade members offer the best possible service to their customers.

Marco.

Apparently there was some delay with couriers. Scott has assured me that the situation is now receiving his urgent attention, and that Richard's goods will be shipped imminently.

I would appreciate if both parties updated us of progress, as the situation is being monitored. Cheers! :)

Apparently there was some delay with couriers.
 those damn Couriers eh?

I'm a private seller on eBay with 100% feedback, I inform my buyers at every single stage of the transaction, I email on dispatch with courier details, tracking numbers and even a photograph of the package with an estimated arrival date. Anything less these days from a dealer/trader is just not good enough in my book. If I ever have a problem with a courier, my buyer knows this immediately . . . .

I've been informed now that the situation has been resolved to the satisfaction of the customer concerned, and that all is well :)

Scott has taken this as a learning curve and will strive to offer the highest standards of communication and service to his customers in future
