Hi there,
The name is Steve, i live in central Scotland and have recently discovered the forum.

I have been researching how to maximise my turntable as I'm new to vinyl.

My system is:
Pro-ject RPM 6.1
Pro-ject Fono amp
Dynavector L200 pre
Dynavector HX75 power
Rega Apollo R cd
Rega Dac
Piega TP5 speakers.

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum :) I can't say I'm much of a vinyl man myself, but you may well get a tad more help if you let us know what cartridge you are using on the Project TT :)

Dynavector pre & power amps, sounds rather interesting :D I'm sure I wouldn't be the only greatful member here to see some pictures of your kit in the gallery...

I'm using an Ortofon 2M red, but possibly looking to improve on that and/or the phono stage.

I'll get round to taking some photo's and post them up on here.

lots of us on here from scotland
could fit better stylus to your ortofon 2M black & and better phono stage
also good isolation on the project would help eg wall shelf or good hifi rack

I tend to be a singer/songwriter type of guy. Big fan of Van Morrison/Ryan Adams/Ray Lamontagne/Laura Marling etc etc.
