After looking at everyone else's systems and now I have had a move around in my living room thought it was time to post photos of my equipment :)

1st off a tribute to some past record labels , and it improves a boring wall

and yes its not wired up yet , just needed to lay it out and make sure it fits first

Will get it up and running in the next few days

Much nice looking stuff here that should give a lot of great sound. Bet those Quads are sounding well. :)

Like the pics Al! Is that, by any chance an Ikea Expedit unit you have for your records, and the basket storage??

O yes it is , works very well , if I need more LP storage , just slide out a basket

Those lovely 57's need lifted off the floor to make them really sing, have you the standard wooden feet for them?
Best having them sitting on 'Rupert' stands to sound their best, they sit about 14 inches off the floor, a major difference you'll find.

Your missing out a lot of everything with them sat flat on the floor.

Best having them sitting on 'Rupert' stands to sound their best, they sit about 14 inches off the floor, a major difference you'll find.

Yep you need to get those 57s off the floor, they will sound loads better.

It seems a really comfortable environment for music listening and relaxing. And those Quad's brings me back good memories!

Hi , when I purchased the 57's they did not come with the feet :(

but I will endeavor to lift them when time and finances allows

You dont need to spend silly money on the Rupert stands, you could probably get a carpenter to make you something up for less than £70:scratch: Failing that make your own.
