The lid of the sony has seen better days and could do with a very good clean.

I'm interested in the Technics deck..I presume there's no big problems with hum or flutter? And it overall sounds good. If so, cash waiting. Now, you being in Devon and me in Manchester, we need to sort out transport. I have a friend on hols in Tintagel at the mo..Are you anywhere near? Better a mate gets £20 to my mind. I know that this place can be a daunting to negotiate when you're still trying to get your bearings - lots of nooks and crannies to look through.
