Here at Radlett Audio the Albarry amplifiers are becoming very popular, just as they did back in the early 80's. I suppose you could describe them as an underground cult product because they are not well known but the latest Hi-Fi + magazine rave review should help their popularity.

The M608 mono-blocks shown here provide a solid 60 watts into almost any load with an ease and musicality rare in solid state amps. Priced at £2557 per pair.

There is also a matching pre, the AP11 at £1950 inc MM phono stage and a MC step up, the MCA11 at £500. Also here soon are the M1108 mono-blocks with 110 watts at £4740.

That was a popular combination with us back in the 80's.

The latest M608 is very similar to the original M408 but with an extra 20 watts for the modern, less efficient speaker.

Do you still have them ? I know many of our Albarry customers from the 80's are still using their's every day. Probably why I have never made a fortune - the products just keep on going..
