Late hello

Hi my name is Chris Evans' :cool:

I must apologize for being so late with this but please forgive me.

So a late hello to everyone :)

I have been into real hifi now for 25 years' and loved music since i could crawl,
my 1st proper system was a classic in its day Dual 505/NAD 3020/ Tannoy mercury's and a philips cd101.

Since then been through loads of kit and had some lovely valve amps,
but now almost back to where i started' well not quite.

Current modest set up

Technics SL1210/sumiko/DL160/ (Time step on the way)
CA 640p phono stage
CA 740a amp
Denon 1920 dvd
Technics st610 fm tuner
Snell type j 11 speakers (huygen stands sodding heavy)
PC hard drive

Hitach 102ssx speaker cable
CA azur ref interconnect
deltec slink
some cheap but excellent OFC cables (no name)

I use the denon for cd so interested in a quality dac maybe the beresford.

i have around 550 lp's and about 160-200 ish cd's + loads on my pc

Again sorry about the lateness in doing this but i wish everyone all the best in 2009.
