Hi, I'm Lewis and I'd just like to thank anyone who'll help me get my old Technics SL-P1200B working again. This is an old BBC unit acquired from Broadcasting House many moons ago along with a monitoring system (LS5/8's, Quad am8/16's) and some of the Radiophonic Workshop's cast offs.

Work as a musician/composer and enjoy the music of Dave Grusin and the like.

No, unfortunately not :(

Not having time/expertise to pursue it I may end up offering it for spares or repair .......

Hi Lewis,

Welcome to the forums.

I have a Dave Grusin album too "two for the road", fantastically recorded and fun, it gets the feet tapping!

enjoy

One of his best is Migration. Best reproduction I have ever heard on vinyl. My favourite track is First Time Love. Bass to die for (if your system can reproduce it ;))

Sadly the YouTube version is corrupted. Next best track is this IMO.
