Cascode phonostage

I've posted an announcement of this in trade impressions, The Longdog Audio MCJ2 Valve phonostage is the latest review in the Kit Zone on Musicosis. I know the Art Audio Conductor and one of the Audio Note units use a Cascode, anybody think of any other commercial designs?
