I stumbled upon this forum while searching for information on a vintage DAT that I just acquired...a Denon DTR 80-P. It's a nice portable DAT that I will use to record our band's rehearsals and perhaps a few performances. I usually record with an old Roland VS1680 16 track DAR, but sometimes I get tired hauling it around since I play both guitar and trombone with the band...and sometimes keyboard.

Looks like a lot of nice, knowledgeable folks on this board. Looking forward to learning much from you guys and gals!

Thank you, Alex. The wifey and I visited Cambridge, Kentwell Hall and Bury St. Edmunds a few years ago. Suffolk is lovely.
