different version of the 1210's pcb

Blowing the PCB on my 1210 made me wonder if later version of the pcb make the 1210 sound better :scratch: The installed PCB is a newer version than the the old one that came with my original 1210. I think it sounds better, mind you I did leave C3 in the PCB whilst previously I removed it. I left it in because of a suggestion from MartinT that leaving it in might give better power regulation. Any thoughts or ideas on this topic would be most welcome!!
