It's a shame you are so far away from me Dan, I'm currently doing up a set of speakers to give to a mate and he needs a set of stands for them and these would have been ideal. A nice gesture on your part, I'm sure someone will be glad to take them off you :)

I would love 'em but the travel costs would cost me £100+
I can appreciate the frustration, I had trouble donating my system stand and speaker stands in the past as well. It just feels wrong taking them to the 'tip' for scrap metal doesn't it.

I got a pair off eBay from a chap living 10 minutes away. It's worth putting them up local pick-up only, £10 Buy It Now - someone may be looking in your area.
