Wembley Loudspeakers are probably your best bet for unusual recones.
They are very good at it.:)

Update of the split from the back. Any thoughts on a good way to repair it or just leave it.

Superglue, spread a thin film over the affected area.
Just a thought.
I'd second that, a little glue would is likely to retain the sound of the original cones, where a recone is like starting with a new driver. I have a pair of the 10's they are nice drivers.

thanks chaps. will any uper glue do? what will i need to spread it thinly etc how long will it take to set etc.
For a split plastic coned speaker I used the iron on fabric tape to the back of the cone. I stuck it on with a copydex type (non aggressive - kids craft glue type of thing). The split was much worse than this one, and still fine a couple of years later. I did a thread over on PFM in the DIY section if you want photos.
Best to fix it IMO, mine was so bad the cone distorted, if you don't strengthen it now it will get worse.
Good luck, Richard

Will ordinary superglue do. got to get round and get this done but not sure i have the skills to. what tape could i use etc just a thought
I wouldn't use superglue - kids craft glue is best. Tape is the stuff used to hold up DIY shortened trousers and the like - available wherever wives but this sort of stuff (sorry!).

Bockingford watercolour paper and PVA.

..alternatively look out for a pair of Richard Allan Chaconne speakers which i believe use the CB8 8" bass unit and the 460T 4" tweeter.
They come up on fleabay now and again and are not expensive.
last pair went on fleabay for £1.70 on 23 June 2011

Good luck
