For sale, Quad 303 Power amp with full NET Audio MKII upgrade. The upgrade was done last year in March 2011 at the cost of £220. I'm the second owner of this Net Audio upgraded Quad 303.

The 303 is in good working order. The shell is in reasonable condition, at the top there is a little dent. Also, the heat sink on the bottom Right is a little bent. This does not affect performance. Please look at the pics carefully. This 303 will last for many years to come.

£220.

Collection only. I'm in Southall, West London.

PM if wanted.

Oh, I want it Shane, just have nowhere to put it! For anyone out there who has been living under a rock for the last decade or so, this is a very, very serious piece of kit. It just works, and without fuss and this is a bargain price. Normally you need to start with a Quad 303 and then buy all the upgrades. This saves you the hassle, it's all done for you.

I had to sell my ton-up 33/303 earlier this year and almost shed tears over it, but needs must...

Sorry Shane (and Jerry), I cannot understand the need to keep buying and selling, buying and selling such lovely old gear, just for the sake of it. I did my fair share when much younger, although kept the stuff for a couple of years rather than a couple of months at a time, and there's quite a list of gear I should never have sold, because it was so good. The 303 in properly fettled condition is one of those dear old amps that features the best of the II's sonics, but so much better for more modern speakers and I love the looks of the 33, even if it's not quite there with the best these days after some fettling (you'd never know without comparison though).

Just me and I have to accept that some people don't "feel" for the gear in the same way.....

LOL, chaps. I have another Quad 303, but I'll be keeping it as a for a back up amp.
