Hello,

I'm curious what members would say are three (obviously you could name more, but 3 that come to mind almost immediately)of their "favorite" sounding records - not necessarily "best" sounding, we're talking "comfort food" here, and personalization, not objectivity, and any kind of music. Also, if you want to add what composition or artist you regard as "your" specialization, i.e., you collect multiples interpretations of, etc.

For me:
Art Hodes & Milt Hinton : The Two of Us (Muse)
Jimmy Rowles : The Special Magic of Jimmy Rowles (Halcyon)
Barry Harris Plays Tadd Dameron (Xanadu)

Composition collected would be the Well-Tempered Clavier and genre would be jazz piano/bass duos. Interesting that all three of these records are pretty much budget 70s records.

2. Diana Krall live in Paris (45rpm version).

3. Paul McCartney unplugged vinyl.
