Black Rhodium Cables will shortly be announcing the launch of a new speaker cable, they have kindly given me a set to offer as a prize to one lucky AOS member, the prize will be won by guessing the name of the new speaker cable.
Rather than someone guessing it immediately and spoiling it for everyone else, please send your guess to me by pm. If more than one person guesses correctly I will put the names in a hat and my daughter will draw a name out who will be sent a set of the cables in question, up to 3 metres in length, worth approx. £150.00
2 runner up prizes for the most amusing names.
Guess away and please do NOT post your guess in this thread.
You can however post to say you have sent me your guess so I know.
This speaker cable is a brand new model so to speak, it's not called Twist as that was launched a few months ago. Keep guessing guys.

Guys,
Some of you have clearly not looked on the black rhodium website as some of the names you are guessing are already in the black rhodium range such as emperor, ninja, salsa, gladiator, etc, etc.
Seriously now, I have just plugged these new cables in after 10 hours burn in on my vidar and I think Black Rhodium have another exceptional speaker cable to wow us audiophiles.
I will take some pics tomorrow as I have to go make 2 ultimate mains leads for a customer who is collecting them tomorrow.
Anyone who wants a 2nd guess I have cleared my pm box again as no one has guessed it yet, one clue is the name is similar to the most recent speaker cable BR launched a few months ago. That should get some correct answers hopefully.

Just received my stock of the cable, looks nice on a reel! No one has guessed the name correctly yet so in the spirit of fairness I will give everyone a clue and invite one final guess from all concerned, hopefully someone will get the name correct and I can award the prize tomorrow, if more than one gets it as I said earlier I will draw lots to get a winner and 2 runners up.
The new black rhodium speaker cable begins with the same letter as the most recent addition to the range , the letter T. Guess away!
One more day to go guys and the winner will be announced tomorrow p.m.
As no one has correctly named the cable yet it may be I have to put ALL your names in a hat!
Final clue its the same number of letters as Twist and begins with a T, now surely someone must get it? :scratch:

It's not Tempo, Tenor or Tango, I think a female touch is called for, oh dear gave the game away as it's a lady who guessed correctly so I think I will end the competition now and award the cable to Natalie (Dom's wife) as she is the only person with the correct answer, given that you all have google to use I am surprised by the amount of guesses that are existing Black Rhodium designs!
Anyway the answer is Twirl.
A new set of twirls will be twirling their way to Preston shortly, 2 runners up will be awarded a small prize tomorrow.

Twists and Twirls are 1950-60s Dance moves and I guessed correctly after Dave said it was 5 letters and can be a dance and starts with the letter T. How much easier did you guys need it to be:lol: Your all just jealous that I won:lol: And if Dave had of used a chocolate bar, it would have been easy or maybe not:lol::lol: Only Joking guys. And before anyone says anything, yes you can use the word Twirl as a plural. :ner:

Yes it is and it is also used quite a lot in Ballet. It's not the name of a dance like Tango, but is used as a dance movement for example twists and twirls. This is used in ball room dancing as well as Ballet. Trust me I'm not making this up. If you get a chance to watch Strictly come dancing, you will hear them use the terms twists and twirls quite regularly.
