I may regret this at some point, but my cartridge preferences are now tending to low compliance MCs or bloody heavy mono grinders. And I have too many arms, so the SIII is the one to be paid off.

The arm is in good functional condition, but not cosmetically a museum piece by any means. The kit is mostly complete, and includes some extras:

Missing is the hex key and the lateral balance tool (a cone-shaped thing). The latter I know I have somewhere - I just can't find it at the moment (if I don't find it at the time of a deal being concluded it'll be forwarded when I do - at my own expense). The hex key is fairly easy to obtain. Also missing the white damping paddle (but has an extra black one) - I've consistently been told by people who know this arm to "just use the black paddle."

Includes manual, mounting template, protractor and other setup paperwork. Plus extra weights (including a couple of the double thickness ones that weren't included in the basic kit), tonearm lead, and a spare arm wand. Both arm wands have been checked for continuity and work fine. Box is a bit raggedy, but still holds everything together (I'll add a bit of extra packing inside to make sure nothing goes adrift).

Finally, included is the Shure V15 III that the arm was designed for. No original Shure stylus unfortunately, but it has a nearly new Jico SAS that has maybe 5-10 album sides played with it.

I'm asking £350. If you do the math, this should be a pretty good deal (check out what the spare arm wands go for). By the way - note both armwands have the fingerlift intact. It was a common "tweak" when they were new to shave off the fingerlift.

I don't kwnow if these thread are already active, but I will try...

In first place, I must say hello to all the members, because this is my first post.

Jaym, I'm interested in the tonearm but not in the Shure V15-III (I have my own with original HE stylus) In ebay these cartridges with JICO SAS stylus easily are sold for 150 £, so I offer you 200 £ (252 € aprox.) plus shipping costs for the tonearm. I think it is a fair price.

I will wait for your answer. Goodbye and best regards.

P.S.- Sorry if I have made some orthographic mistakes, but I am not a native english speaker, I try to write the best I can.

Sorry if I have made some orthographic mistakes....

Actually, the biggest mistake you made was not following the request that was made of you in the email you received when you joined.
Please could you follow those instructions and introduce yourself properly in the Welcome section before you post again on AoS?
Thank you in advance.

Is the V15 still available Jay? :)

Yes, though I'm currently considering keeping it. I only have about 12-13 cartridges (not counting mono), so I really need to start picking up my game. :)
