Hi everybody,

After lurking on and off for several months, I finally got to register.

I'm rediscovering the sound bliss of the analogue front end (= vinyl) at the moment...

I have three separate systems, for every room that I spend some more time in: Living/listening room, working room and a bedroom.

Every system that I have are based on Sony's Digital Drive, S-MASTER PRO amplifiers, whose sound I loved "on the first listening", and now I just can't live without .

Main system:
components:
-Sony STR-DA7100ES receiver (I'm after one or more TA-DA9000ES multichannel amplifiers, and this DA7100ES goes to working room)
-Sony DVP-NS9100ES SACD/DVD universal player (i.Link (fire-wire) linked to STR-DA7100ES)
-Sony PS-6750 turntable w/Denon DL-103R cartridge
-SimAudio Moon LP3 MM/MC phono stage
-Sony ST-SB920 tuner
-Sony MDS-JB980 mini disc recorder
-Sony TC-KB920S compact casette deck recorder
-Sony RDR-HX900 DVD/HDD recorder
-Sony SLV-X9 VHS casette recorder
-Sony PT-79R program timer
-Sony RM-AV3000 universal remote controller
-HTPC PC in Antec case (soon to be replaced by hfX Classic case w/totally passive cooling)
-Belkin PF-50 power line conditioner/filter
-LG 60PZ250 60" 3D plasma display
speakers:
-Sony SS-X90ED x2, main speakers L & R
-Sony SS-X70ED x5, center, surround and surround back speakers
-Sony SA-WX900 x1, subwoofer
cables:
-Neotech speaker cables
-Glass fiber optical cables
-Neotech coaxial cables
-Neotech analog audio cables
-Oehlbach XXL analog and digital video cables (HDMI, Component, Scart)
-Neotech power cables
-Belkin Pure AV Silver i.Link cable

I listen mostly to rock, jazz, even metal (old school), some classical...and many more :)

I live in Belgrade, Serbia. Love drums and fast cars, make my living as an Air traffic controller...

Best regards,
Danijel

Hi Danijel, welcome to AoS :) Looks like you like your Sony kit, they do make pretty good equipment & have done for many years.

Nice to see another AV fanboy on here, join the club :D

So not a very stressful job then  Better you than me sir, thanks for keeping them flying things & those aboard them safe

Here's hoping you enjoy your stay here, all the best to you!

You are more than welcome :) That'd be in "The Gallery" for system pictures ;)

You just reminded me that I have a good load of pics to take for my gallery thread as well, while I have a few of the audio side, I have none of the AV side doing the business

I'm sure you'll find plenty more members welcoming you on here given time....

Hi Danijel,
Welcome to AoS - that's quite a list of gear you have there. What's your favourite item in all of that stuff?

Cheers

Hi Chris,

Thank you very much.

My favorite would be my STR-DA7100ES.
Although, lately, I'm spending the most time with my PS-6750 :).

regards,
Danijel

Hi Danijel, welcome to AoS.

Although, lately, I'm spending the most time with my PS-6750 :).

I had a PS-6750, which I rate very highly. I gave it to my brother, who has still not put it into use :(.

Hi Stanley,

The PS-6750 is a beautiful sounding T/T. It's a real shame that your brother isn't enjoying it :(.
