Well the new kitchen has been fitted, and with tons more storage space than before, I now have a system installed once again. :)
I pulled out a vintage Nikko TRM 230 from under my bed, which really surprised me as far as it's SQ was concerned when I used it in place of my Classe CP47.5 pre a year or so back. http://img820.imageshack.us/img820/1791/picture3436.th.jpg
You can tell it's old as all the connections are 5 pin din, even the speaker outlets are speaker din sockets!
Anyway, fed with an SB Touch, and running into a pair of JPW Gold mini monitors it sounds pretty good as a kitchen system!
