Broken Stylus

Looking for some advice please. Sneezed and dropped the pick up which resulted in the stylus separating from the Ortofon 510 MkII cartridge.:eek:
The turn table is a Pro-ject RPM 500.
From a quick search on the internet I could buy a replacement stylus for £40 or a new 510 cartridge for £50.
I am happy with the sound I was getting from the set up but was wondering if I could get a better cartridge for not much more money, my pension does not allow for anything above £100.
Any advice gratefully received.

I have a Nagoaka MP150 little use if you want it for £100 plus postage?

Its about £225 new, hope that helps. It was my own but have too many carts so need to sell some!

Received and fitted the Nagaoka MP150 listening to Paul Simon (There goes Rhymin' Simon) does immediately sound better than the Ortofon 510. More detail, the guitars sound closer to a live performance and the bass is better. I can hear a little sibilance, but it is not detracting. I see some hours revisiting my LP collection coming up, good job I am retired.:) Thanks again David for the great deal.
