Hello.
I have a lovely PD-91 cd player of which I have been told needs a new pick-up that are still available from Pioneer at £99+vat from here:
Pioneer Pick-up (Laser) (http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/part.asp?productNum=PWY1004)
and here Pioneer Pick-up (Laser) (http://www.dalbani.co.uk/catalogue/product_details.php?id=32303)
They even still do the motors which is good to know in regards to any vintage cd player, here:
Pioneer Motor (http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/part.asp?productNum=PXM1026)
I don't have the time to get this going myself as it will need some jiggery pokery. It's a real shame because it's a magnificent machine and very.... very well documented.

The machine itself is in excellent condition but does require a new mains cable.
Any questions please ask. Open to offers and + £15 for delivery. This is not the one currently on ebay
A superb project for someone who knows about these things. Someone not like me.. lol - If it can made to work you will have ONE HELL of a cd player and worth around £400-£500 and some very desirable hifi history to boot!
Pics soon.
Sold as parts/not working
Cheers
