Or Lamb come to that (and scratchings aren't crisps)

Smokey Bacon? That's a type of pork.

Yes, but I'm thinking Roast Pork, perhaps with Apple sauce

Just found these http://www.foodstufffinds.co.uk/2010/11/pork-apple-crisps-tyrrells-tebay.html :)

They could do it but it would be carcinogenic. Or something.

Smokey Bacon is quite a specific flavour, albeit Pork based. Maybe Roast Pork would be too subtle for a Crisp Flavour....

What about KIPPER?

In the early/mid-1990s, Walkers (?) tried chocolate flavoured crisps in the NE but then they disappeared after a shortish while. I know they weren't available in other parts of the country so guess it must have been a trial.

Maybe pork has been trialed somewhere and deemed not to have a future.

Maybe I've identified a gap in the market. Salami, Pastrami, Pork Luncheon meat... whatever next?

Those Lamb Walkers crisps are fantastic, but I have not seen them for ages - I used to buy them a lot.

I doubt it.
Any company selling crisps is looking for sales in the tens of millions at least.

I'll commit to 104 bags a year of Roast Pork and Lamb. I would also like the old white Smith's - Salt and Shake I think they were - fat flavour and plenty of salt. If you gotta go, go happy!:ner:
