Hi all, quick intro to me, my kit and taste (if you can call it that :lol:)
kit services two needs, those being home cinema and audio.
main set up is Denon 4308 amp, feeding B&W 803's, 805's and HTM4s.
attached on the HC side are a Pioneer 60" Kuro and a Marantz VP11S1 1080p pj
secondary / tertiary set ups using Sony Amp running Mission floorstanders in the dining room and Mission bookshelves in the conservatory.
Music fed from a NAS upstairs, via 2 x squeezebox receivers and associated duet controller.
Music held as FLAC files to maintain lossless format. Squeezebox in equal parts miracle of science and work of the devil! when it works it's great, but anything that 'demands' software updates can be a test of patience...
Musical taste is varied, but a big fan of Billy Joel & Bruce Springsteen. Also in the mix are Maroon 5, Sterophonics, the Script, Daryl Hall, Michael Buble (for the ladies :eyebrows:), Stevie Wonder (early stuff, not later...), Nat King Cole, Tears for Fears, and too many more to mention.
