View Full Version : Eclipse SE12 V2 for sale
Hi
My Inspire Eclipse SE12 is for sale.
Looks dogs dangles and sounds fab. Has v slight dusting marks on the plinth (hard to see but best to be 100% truthful) comes with old style and new style (3 bolt) Rega armboards, external PSU and speed changer and clear cover.
£1600 so get a bargain now.
Have the original box for the deck but not for the cover but it can be packed securely.
Thanks for looking.
Nick
Still have this for sale as haven't really tried to sell it.
Price drop to £1400 so snap up a bargain.

Hi All
Had forgotten about this hiding in the cupboard down stairs but it does have to go.
Any one offer me £1000 for it - it is a very nice sounding deck and looks rather beautiful in black and silver.

Good luck with the sell.

That's ridiculous - this is a SERIOUSLY good deck. Got one recently and it smashed my project RPM 10 out of the park - not even the same league. And this is the same money second hand! Same with the with the 1210 mike new / time step I had before that.
The level of clarity and detail it brings out with the inspire x200 arm and 2m black is something special
I used to have the V1 version of this - and the difference with the upgrades is incredible
Nuff said - if someone doesn't buy it for £800 then you have too little sense and not enough money
I can't believe it didn't go earlier. It's good value at the £3k rrp

That's a very bold statement re the above
As I now own both the RPM10 and a fully modded Technics
A lot depends on what else is in your system , Cart , SUT , Pre amp, Amps , CAbles etc
Not dissing the Eclipse as I am sure set up correctly with all the right bits it would also sound good ;)
:)

I may do that , but it needs some serious money on a arm to do it justice :eyebrows:

Clearly just my personal opinion :)
And clearly it would need an arm to sound good :)
But at that price - wow

Hi
I have both a Fuchs 12" arm and a Audio Origami PU7 12" in chrome with the top wiring which could be sold with it.
The PU7 is the original fitted one in the HiFi World test of the Eclipse 12 V2 (as is the deck)

Hello Nick,
How much would you be looking for ref: the pu7 arm if it is not sold with the turntable, which is too cheap in mho, a real bargain for someone.
regards
Nigel
