Anyone know where i can get a turntable crowned 15MM motor pulley made?

It's the circumference of the pulley that you need, not the diameter.

Also you need to know exactly how the crown of the pulley affects the circumference as seen by the belt. If you double the pulley circumference the net effect will be slightly more than 2x at the belt due to the effect of the crown.

Can't you just 'pull' the pulley off with a mechanical pulley puller?
