I have recently discovered iTunesU on my iPad and I have to say it's a fantastic resource for filling the brain with lots of interesting things.
Currently I am viewing MIT lectures on Electronics (currently viewing a lecture on abstraction models from nature through to zero's and one's).
Also there are a series of talks, lectures and PDFs on Music theory, music technology, how to produce dance music and most interestingly how music acts as a aid to people suffering in the latter stages of Alzheimer's, one lecture is from the guy who created Guitar Hero, and also talks about Hyperinstruments.
