Black ash finish version of this highly regarded british turntable. According to the paperwork which came with it - it's fitted with their improved bearing (the sub-platter has a brass coloured ring rather than the 3 'pips' seen on some versions of this model.
The plinth has a couple of slight dings that will cover up, and one of the hinges needs a spot of glue. The lid is pretty good kept it wrapped in cling film.
It's fitted with an RB301 arm, with a 'heavyweight' style counterweight. Cartridge is an Audio Technica AT120e with less then 20 hours playing time.
Altogether, a very nice sounding turntable but I don't really have the room for it anymore. I had intended to do the plinth up with some new veneer but was disappointed with the outcome of some other veneering work I'd tried.
If anyone wants to come and pick it up from Sheffield - you can have it for £150 - it will post but the suspension won't lock - so really needs part dismantling before packing.
Can provide photos if required.
Also includes an arm board cut for a Linn arm and 4 belts inc 2 that are new.
