bias on hadcock 228 HELP

trying to set up my hadcock 228 on my technics 1210 made the new arm board, installed the arm struggling on the bias can any help please will upload some pics this weekend and my thoughts on the quality/sound

I came to hate my hadcock 242........setting up was a PIG...i'm still not convinced the outrigger for the bias thread is in the right place...although the dealer confirmed it was ....not sure if its the same on the 228...but i think i ended up putting the little plug from the weight , into the top rather than underside of the weight.

oh....and I bought it new and the build quality was crap.......sounds good though:)
