I'm looking for a high grade, very flexable & very thin (33awg) cable, i was wanting Cardas but any more recommendations?

There really are only 3 options if you want wire rather than a loom. Cardas, Audio Note and Kondo. Other than that there are various kits for standard arms from the usual rega-mod suspects.
The Cardas is probably the most practical solution but you need to have a 'solder pot' to really be able to use it, otherwise removing the lacquer is a cluster F_ck.
+1 on the Cardas - hard to beat for the money.

Litz silver sounds nice on MC cart. Litz copper is another slightly easier to work option. Depends on the sound you are after.
The copper litz cable that Trans-Fi supply is ridiculously good for the money and MUCH easier than the Cardas stuff to work with

+1 for Litz. I did my SME 3009 in it, very easy to work with:)

Ok i'm sorted but it's top secret :lolsign:
Well, fi you are looking for Pure silver Litz, here is a suggestion:

However the description of the wire here is slightly wrong. it is 34AWG wire not a 3x34Awg. It is an excellent product and comes at a very good price compared to other silver litz I know.
Or you may want to consider some silver plated (32 or 34 AWG). There is this here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20-feet-34-AWG-Stranded-Silver-Teflon-Wire-Black-/380394680923?pt=US_Audio_Cables_Adapters&hash=item58914a325b
Not very keen on silver plated copper but I have tried it and it works well.
Cardas is quite good. Very difficult to solder (remove the enamel without burning the fine wires). It gives a nice round sound but I find that it hides much of the detail.
Has anyone tried solid silver wire like this?

wouldn't it be too stiff for a tonearm. Even if it is a 34AWG?
