Just spotted a pair of Levi 505's (just like 501 but with zip) and the header description reads " Levi 505 Big E selvedge seam" which for the uninitiated is a much sought after combination in the jeans world.

But then, a sentence or two down, the seller then says " they are not Big E, or selvedge seams"

What? It's a bit like advertising a Cambridge amp for instance, describing it as a top of the range 840 or whatever, and then admitting it's only a 540!

And perhaps worse, E bay don't seem overly bothered, offering the advice that you contact the seller and try and sort it yourself! :steam:
Is that not their job?

I saw loads of listings yesterday looking for Vinyl that stated Mint in the title but Exellent in the description..

In the vinyl grading world the two are very different.

So, I did contact the seller, who's reply stated that he used the non factual description as the more desirable description got more interest from prospective buyers.... Unbelievable!

Update: the offending item has been withdrawn, either that or e bay got their act together for once!
