Sugden A48B (1990's version). Any good ?

These go for reasonable money compared with the similar looking A21 which was produced until a few years ago. Familiar with A21 sound but how does this more powerfull A/B class version compare.

If you are referring to the Nextel finished jobbie - that was horrid. Fat, dull and sluggish. We used to put it up against the A60 and Creek 4040 and the only one we ever sold was the demo model.

The earlier models and the latest ones are very different.

This one was made from 1992 and looks identical to the previous A21 which had a black or silver facia with a mono button.
