New Headphones, and the case of the static wife.

I took delivery of a set for stax SRM 600 Limited /SR 507 headphones this eariler week. I woke up alone this morning:hmm:. I wandered down stairs to find Mrs Baron laying on the floor with the headphone on listening to Elbow Seldem Seen Kid. She said they sounded great but as she was putting them on the speakers in the phones crackled. Thinking there might be something wrong I tried them on. I could not get them to crackle. Putting them on my wife's hed they did crackle. We tracked the problem down to my wife's very long hair carring a static charge. I zapped her a few times with the "ZeroStat" gun and everything was ok.
