Not seen that. I like a small drop of toasted sesame oil in a stir fry.

Me too with an emphasis on small drop!

Figured this would work with an unripe avocado. It didn't as it stayed hard even after a 20 minutes bake!

Avocado is a super food, though, so I ate it all anyway.

Might try again with a ripe one. Hot sauce is a must with the avocado.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180729/9c99804b301ae9b5326061dd04946ba2.jpg

I kinda like how Che He Huang cooks, Learned a tip from her about steaming Cod, Mix water in a bit of Cornflour, put a some over the cod before steaming, it locks all the flavours in..

Mind you I've recently discovered that Guinea fowl -chicken on steroids is only about £2 more expensive than chicken, get yerselves a guinea, chuck it in a pot with some marsala wine, wild mushrooms, chicken stock (fresh) and some veggies and herbs, and you got yourselves a turbo charged chicken chasseur.

I like avocados with almost anything. Mayonaisse, Vinagrette.

I picked up the last of the windfall eating apples today. Mostly in good shape. What to do?

Apple Sauce:

12 small apples chopped around the core.
1/4 cup of sugar.
Half a cup of water.
Half teaspoon of cinnamon.

Boil for 20-30 minutes on lowish heat with the lid on.

Left the skins on, because the goodness is in the skin. Leave to cool and mash.

Turned out well! I surprise myself. Bit runny but OK. Soft skins didn't bother me. Nice with yoghurt. Yum. :D
