Total and utter madness! You'd need to be a lunatic to buy stuff like that :mental:
No doubt some dafty will part with his or her 'hard-earned' and the seller will have a very Merry Christmas! ;)

Hi All
You can get them here;

Have used this company indirectly before and they are good to deal with. They seem to have some nice Denon TT's and various tonearms.

Yes, and one wonders where this "stain" originates from... :eyebrows:

One wonders if the person who discovered this NOS goldmine could contain their excitement... http://homepage.mac.com/beechwoods/AOS/emoticon-0127-lipssealed.gif

:steam:. I got one of those on my TT and I'll be round with the axe soon...
Aye, but I bet you didn't pay £1000 for it!! :eyebrows:

Oi.... I've seen something very similar at your gaffe! ;)
I think...
...on loan from Guy S, and available at nothing like that price ;)
However, I didn't bother in the end, so it's gone back to him.

The £ was still real money when I bought mine:).
Undoubtedly it's effective - probably the best mat I've used, sonically, but I was a bit worried about the considerable weight added to the motor mechanism and the possible wear and tear this may have caused.
It was probably undue concern, but that's just me :)

I use mine to keep the rubber mat under it in clean condition. I take it off when I play music. I guess I should get a customized dust cover instead:scratch:.

It's a no-brainer, get a cheapo dustcover - sell the Micro Seiki mat, and pocket the change from a sweet £1k eBay BIN deal :lol:

eBay prices are going silly. Only a week or two ago a Technics EPA-501H tone arm went for £390. I am still debating if to put mine up for sale. It's no use having so many arms..

Have you ever tried using it properly as a mat - if so, what were your impressions? :)
