:)I first entered the broadcast industry as a Junior in High School when I built the radio station in my home town. Ulysses, Kansas the whopping 1KW day /500 Watt night KULY-1420. I and another high school guy, who was my best friend, built the Transmitter (a Fritz-Bauer Transmitter Kit) and most of the stations test equipment which was either Heath Kit, or Knight Kit. I like old Broadcast Radio Microphones such as the RCA-77-DX and 44-BX

Thanks

Welcome. Sorry that your first hello is coming from a fresh face as well. If anything I guess you can take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. Cheers.

Hi Tony - sorry we've not all rushed in to say hello - but welcome - a lot of us were away at the weekend at the Scalford hifi show and a little jaded yesterday I suspect!

What hifi kit do you use, and what are your music tastes?

Hope you enjoy the forum. :)
