Ah, that's an interesting point, Simon, and one that I'll bear in mind! Brit hifi systems to tend to have no-end of fuses to break the continuity of the power. You do need some though. ;)

That won't work, since the US outlet models generate 120V! Why not get a UK model and use decent fuses from a variety of vendors (I use the Russ Andrews ones which work well)?

Jerry - have you tried Kevin from Signature? Else there may be some appearing on eBay as people upgrade. They are hard to find used, though, I never saw many used ones on the market. Says something about owners wanting to keep them, doesn't it?
