WANTED. good int amp with phono stage

Hi folks. I am in need of an amp for the workshop. Must have phono stage and pref defeatable speaker settings and headphone socket.
My poor old rotel has packed in which I use for the cart repairs.
Cheap and cheerful will do.

Can you do a new cantilever and stylus for a an Ortofon MC200?
