Had a friend come over and he brought a DEQ Berhinger amp that has few mods. What the amp does is allow you to control bass in xover slopes etc un real time via a laptop, with the XTZ anylsyer my room measures neutral but having this kind of control to my bass units gave me so much more clean bass, before if I increased the volume or over it would effect the sound by making it sound sloppy or edgy, but with the DEQ no such issues
I was just using the DEQ to control the bass and now totally sold that this is a worth while upgrade to my system

Active room correction (ss long as it is completely transparent) will bring the single biggest improvement in sound to any system.

Yes makes a huge difference to sound in my system I have the versitity to be able to power the bass activly so easy to intergrate

See if you can get your hands on a Metric Halo with a full set of plugins John.
That will put a grin on your face.........mind you, it takes a while to learn how to use it.
