I bought this player a few weeks ago and have been using it as a transport,it is absolutley brilliant ,but what a waste of a good cd player in it's own right,the guy I bought it off did warn me not to use as a CD player,when I did I realized why it sounds as good as my $2000 dac,so Ihave decded to spend much more on a Transport and hopefully get the improvement I expect.
The Teac is in really fine condition and comes with orignal remote,it has no box but I can post or pick up / meet is fine,post is ok as it has a transport lock .

It did make a great transport, but it was in need of a clock upgrade I remember from reviews at the time. I used one for a while before my then AVI infatuation took hold and it was an absolute joy. Had I the funds, I'd love another, as the build was superb. I think the DAC was bitstream based and the sonics had that slightly "organic" flavour to them as I recall :)
