If the cable inside is stiff, I think it might be a True Colours Industries cable, possibly Cobra.

Home brew, but nicely done.
All commercial manufactures are proud to label there work with fancy names.
So unless it is marked,the safe bet would be to call it a hand made cable by an unknown craftsman.
Or Bob the speaker cable.

None of my audio gear has 'friendly' names, however I call my car "Rex" (because it's a Rover) and I used to refer to my Leica cameras as "Larry" (an M3) and "Lionel" (an M4).
