100V PSUs (from 240V)

Are there any good 240V to 100V PSUs suitable for use with Japanese equipment? I read that 110V converters may not be good enough, and can blow Japanese equipment. I'm not talking washing machines or tumble dryers - guess 1 or 2 amps would do.

Thanks. A couple of good sites, and it does look as though there isn't a problem running equipment intended for use in Japan. Should be better than trying a US oriented PSU, which will possibly cause problems at 110V.
