I'm possibly looking to sell my trusty IPLs for a reasonable offer. We've moving house soon and the IPLs are on the large side for our new room. (I have a pair of Colin Topps' FH3 horns now which are more WAF friendly:lol:)
The speakers were built around 9 years ago if my memory serves me. They're veneered MDF built from the IPL flat pack wood kit. Transmission Lines: 10" Audax bass, 5" midrange and the Audax Gold dome tweeter. They have an effortless bass extension but do require a fairly large room to get the best from them.
A couple of photos of the build. There is obviously also front grilles that cover the whole fronts, including the port at the bottom.

The speakers are now surplus to requirements and so I'd like them to go to a good home and hopefully recoup a bit of money in the process. I'm not really sure what the going rate for these would be, they cost around £950 to build in 2002, the drivers alone being around 2/3 of that cost.
So I guess I'm saying I'm open to sensible offers!
They're very heavy so it would have to be collection only from Wallasey. I can demo them of course, and supply more photos as required.
