Linn Mimik cdp with remote, and a new laser fitted. After the new laser, it had a new motor fitted by Darran at Class A about 18 months ago. It has had very little use since and he tested every aspect of the player, so this should survive until the end of the cd era.
The new internals make it ideal for use as a transport and its compact size means it will sit on a rack nicely next to a similarly compact DAC.
Cosmetically their are some minor marks along the top of the front fascia, but they are difficult to see from a foot away. The top of the player looks a little scuffed but again this would only be apparent in close proximity and invisible on a rack. If I work out how to post photos I will put them up. Otherwise pm me with your email if interested and I will send you some.
